Our partners have a combined experience of over 35 years advising mid-sized companies across a range of industries and we personally manage every aspect of the assignments we take on. Working closely with each of our clients to define objectives and thoroughly understand key business drivers,  we combine savvy market perspective with exceptional judgment and technical skill to consistently deliver quality advice and service.

Our team has a wide variety of backgrounds including manufacturing, B2B and B2C services, finance, law, human resources and commercial real estate thus enabling us to comprehend the unique characteristics found in the different business types and industries we represent.

Lindsay Gardner

Lindsay A. Gardner is a Managing Partner of Zamia Group.  She works with clients in developing and implementing exit plans; managing merger and acquisition transactions; and providing post-closing integration and change management consulting.   Ms. Gardner has a track record of developing successful growth strategies in mid-sized firms and large corporate environments.  She has over 15 years experience in acquisitions, alliances, joint ventures, divestitures and integrations having closed 24 domestic and international transactions creating in excess of $800 million of business value.  Transaction sizes range from $10 million to over $100 million.  She also has P&L and line operations experience for several large, global corporations.  Prior to joining Zamia Group, Ms. Gardner provided M&A and strategic planning expertise to GE, Honeywell, and Menasha Corporation.  Ms. Gardner holds a BA in International Economics from the Elliott School of International Affairs of The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Ed Schultz

Ed Schultz is a Managing Partner of Zamia Group and is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partner relationships; identifying client exit plan strategies; and providing business valuation expertise.  Mr. Schultz has more than fifteen years experience in new business development in consulting, technology and real estate.  Mr. Schultz’s expertise and focus is on cost-benefit analysis, financial analysis and developing growth and/or exit strategies.  Mr. Schultz is a licensed commercial broker in Colorado and has been directly involved in the acquisition and disposition of more than $75 million of commercial, investment and development real estate. Mr. Schultz holds a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an International MBA from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

Rockie Strachan

Rockie Strachan is a Managing Partner of Zamia Group responsible for expanding new client relationships; managing existing client satisfaction; identifying client risk management strategies; and maintaining investor relations. Mr. Strachan has more than sixteen years experience with business development in the financial services, information technology, and business and real estate brokerage sectors. Mr. Strachan has particular expertise in the merger and acquisition process, risk and financial analysis, having advised on strategic transactions in excess of $200 million of business value. His client service focus enables him to develop long-term client relationships and reinforces the value creation Zamia Group provides its clients. Mr. Strachan holds a Bachelors Degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA and is a Licensed Colorado Principal Broker.
