With select buyers and investors, we customize our company acquisition search process based on the buyer’s specific investment criteria, for example, industry and submarkets; revenue and profit margin range; valuation criteria; location; management profile and other company measures.  Each opportunity is filtered through the buyer’s specific investment criteria matrix prior to being presented as a potential investment.

We focus on creating an efficient acquisition search that targets companies tailored to a buyer’s specific requirements.  We also facilitate communication between the client and the business owners until the client decides to take over the opportunity.  Our process is completely confidential and the name of our client is never revealed without consent.
